What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through the contact form on this website, your information is sent to Formsubmit.co, a UK-based service that forwards your submission to info@best-exconsultancy.co.uk by email. The forwarded email may include your name, work email address, organisation, a description of your customer experience challenge, and an optional timescale.

We do not operate a server that receives or stores form submissions yourself. Your information travels from your browser to Formsubmit's service and then to Best-Ex by email. We do not track visitors, set analytics cookies, or store information about your visit.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services are a suitable fit, and, if appropriate, arrange a discussion. This is a legitimate interest under UK data protection law, as responding to business enquiries is central to our work.

Legal basis

We process your information on the legal basis of legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): the interest of responding to your business enquiry and determining whether our services are suitable. We only keep what is necessary.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. If we begin working together, we retain your information for the duration of our engagement and for seven years after completion for legal and tax purposes. If we do not work together, we delete or archive the enquiry within 12 months of our last correspondence.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with marketers. The only parties who may see your enquiry are Formsubmit.co (our form processing service, acting as a data processor) and Best-Ex staff directly involved in responding to you. Email transit uses standard internet protocols, which may route through other countries.

Your rights
